Senior Salesforce Application Engineer

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Duluth Trading Company is seeking a SalesForce (SFCC) Engineer Senior to lead all Demandware related architecture, design, and development functions at the company headquarters near Madison, Wisconsin. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth, entrepreneurial environment and be goal oriented. He /she must have the ability to establish patterns and coding standards, scale the system to meet rapid growth, and coach and mentor other Duluth and 3rd party engineers. This person must be a value-add member of the IT Engineering team and must become a trusted advisor to the team.

What You'll Do:
Architect, design, develop, and implement solutions that create a magical (intuitive, fast, reliable, and secure) customer experience
Design and develop robust, scalable, high performing, high-volume production applications and integrations
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues at the UI, code, and database layers
Participate with business analysts in requirements gathering, analysis, and specification, providing technical expertise and recommendations.
Provide code snippets and other quick start tools to increase effectiveness of overall team.
Interact with Enterprise Architecture and Application Architecture to ensure alignment to overall technology roadmap and patterns of integration
Cross-train other development staff on SalesForce Commerce Cloud technical subjects
Utilize proper source control practices
Participate in system scoping and code migration
What We're Looking for:
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
6+ years' experience in systems integration and custom development, commercial package implementation with multiple commerce platforms
SalesForce Certified Developer
SalesForce Certified Technical Architect
Experience in Agile development processes, methodologies and tools
General functional programming experience is a plus.
Must have strong experience developing commerce applications with recent SFCC (Salesforce commerce cloud) experience
Mastery of ecommerce implementation specifically on SFCC (Salesforce commerce cloud) platform, MVC Pattern, Eclipse/Visual Studio Code, Grunt/Gulp/NPM/ANT.
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases.
Expert level knowledge and experience on SFCC (Demandware) Site genesis framework.
Demonstrates a clear understanding of web development best practices (SEO, accessibility, CSRF, XSS mitigation) as well as emerging development trends.
Sound knowledge & hands on experience using ISMLs, JS Controllers, pipelines, Demandware scripts, OCAPI and setting up Business Manager Configuration.
Integration experience with multiple third-party vendors using LINK partner cartridges. This includes, but not limited to, Payment gateway solutions, Loyalty vendors, Ratings & Reviews, Social Networking sites etc.
Experience with standard JS Frameworks/Libs such as Angular/jQuery/React is plus.
Forward thinker that's self-motivated and is in touch with other technologies, which helps to provide a broader understanding to technology and problem solving.
A fast learner who can efficiently break problems down by logically deducing the problem point(s) and/or data needs and sources.
Able to effectively communicate with all members of the Digital team, both technical and non-technical.
Basic Project Management skills: define problem, establish goal, best solution, lead execution and measure results
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
